Dan Arst

I am a professional licensed Realtor® specializing in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate and investment property throughout the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. I have lived in the KC metro area most of my entire life and pride myself on my knowledge of the local area including school districts, and other neighborhood information. I am a full-service agent who can assist you with referrals of trusted lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and contractors, etc.  My background in real estate spans over 25 years in various capacities including co-owning and brokering a mid-sized reality company, as well as developing and investing in numerous successful residential and commercial real estate properties.

I graduated from Oak Park High School and the University of Missouri - Columbia with a B.S. in Accounting through the school of Business Administration. My favorite things to do are spending time with my family, traveling, eating incredible foods, reading, and being with my fur baby Marilyn.
